Biomedical Enterprise Accelerator Phase 2, located in the State Biological Industrial Base in Kengzi Subdistrict, covers an area of 106,000 square meters. With a construction area of 689,500 square meters, it integrates scientific and technological innovation, industrial incubation, project development and supporting services. Two-thirds of the park has been put into use and the remaining construction will be completed in 2024.

Adhering to efficient, professional and flexible development concepts, the park has introduced internationally renowned CRO+CDMO+CSO institutions for the biopharmaceutical and medical device companies in the park, creating a one-stop service platform for the whole industry. It strives to establish an internationally influential incubator, scientific and technological innovation base, and industrial clustering area.

Biomedical Enterprise Accelerator Phase 2 is located on Juqing Road and near Shatian Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 14.
